通过对晋江市英林镇核心改造区一期工程更新改造的介绍和分析,探讨晋南地区旧城特点以及相应的改造手法,提出一种以传统民俗空间改造为切入点,带动片区更新的规划策略,重点从保护城镇化背景下快速消失的传统文化以及建筑入手,寻求时代发展的文化归属感。同时,改善人居环境,提供经济发展的时代载体,探寻社会与人的可持续发展模式。

The article is research on the old city of JinJiang southern district and its renovation approach.The research is based on the the core project in YingLin town on JinJiang district.It proposed a planning strategy that treat transforming the traditional folk space as the entry point and effect the regeneration of the area.It emphasis on protecting the traditional culture and architecture,seek to call back the culture belongings as times going.Meanwhile,the article is also want to improve the living environment during district renovation and explore the social and sustainable human development model.
