某中学教学楼抗震鉴定与加固设计分析

摘要 汶川大地震后,根据最新标准,地震区中小学教学用房需提高一类设防,故需对原结构按新规范进行全面检测和抗震鉴定。若鉴定结果表明该结构不符合要求,则需进行加固。本文结合工程实例分析,对砌体结构抗震鉴定和加固方法进行全面的分析和论述,可供设类似工程抗震加固设计参考。 After Wenchuan earthquake,according to the latest code,a grade must be raised for a seismic design of some primary and middle school teaching buildings in earthquake effected regions,so antiseismic appraisal and dynamical test of the structures must be conducted.If the obtained results show that the structures can not meet the requirements of the current code,they need to be reinforced.Based on a practical project in the earthquake effected regions,it is described a seismic appraisal and strengthening methods for masonry structure,which may supply some experience for a seismic strengthening design of similar projects.
