摘要
文章对事业单位绩效工资实施中的政策环境、考核标准、消极影响等难点问题进行剖析,明确绩效工资改革中的目标与思路,为推动事业单位报酬体系的合理与完善提供参考。
It is a top priority to improve institutions' work efficiency in the reform of institutions.Based on discussing difficulty problems of policy environment,performance assessment standards,negative effects,and so on,the article tries to clarify the target and ideas of the reform in salary based on performance,in order to provide some reference information for improving the reasonable reward system of institutions.
