摘要
本文研究粉煤灰掺量和甲基纤维素醚掺量对尾矿干混砂浆性能的影响。结果表明:制备尾矿干混砂浆时,掺入粉煤灰可以降低砂浆的生产成本和改善砂浆的和易性,同时会降低砂浆的强度,尾矿干混砂浆中选取粉煤灰的等量取代率为20%。掺较少量的甲基纤维素醚能大大改善砂浆的和易性和保水性能,同时会降低砂浆的强度,尾矿干混砂浆中选取甲基纤维素醚的掺量为0.15‰。
This paper studies the influence of fly ash and Methyl cellulose ether content of the tailings on dry-mixed mortar performance.The results indicated that: when prepared dry-mixed mortar tailings,the incorporation of fly ash mortar will reduce production costs and improve the workability of the mortar,at the same time will reduce the strength of mortar.The equivalent of fly ash replace rate should be 20%.Less Methyl cellulose ether can greatly improve the workability of mortar and water performance,at the same time will reduce the strength of mortar.So the content of Methyl cellulose ether could be 0.15 ‰.
