摘要
单叶片摆动式液压马达的液压指标优劣,取决于壳组件(定子)、轴组件(转子)的几何精度及径向、轴向配合间隙的精度,因此壳组件、轴组件成形的精度是加工的技术关键,本文重点介绍我所采取一系列的工艺措施来保证整体壳、轴组件的设计要求。
To judge whether the hydraulic performance of a swing-typed hydraulic motor with single vaneis good or not, we depend on the geometrical accuracy of case module (stator), axis module (rotor) and the matching clearance accuracy in both radial and axial directions. Therefore the forming accuracy of case module and axismodule are the key technology in machining. This article just stress on a series of technology measures that havebeen taken to satisfy the design requirements for the whole case module and axis module in our institute.
