摘要
在我国第三方物流发展的大环境下,首先分析了项目成本管理的意义,总结了现代项目成本管理的基本原则。结合我国第三方物流企业成本管理的现状及其中存在的问题,引出将第三方物流企业的业务视为一个个项目来进行有效管理,提出了以项目管理的模式对第三方物流进行成本管理。
