文中主要以日本大福公司研发的自动化仓储物流系统在厦门烟草工业有限责任公司的具体应用作为出发点,提出区间编码的分析方法。该编码分析方法有助于实现系统的标准化、规范化。文中从烟草工艺流程入手,对可以建造立体仓库的环节进行分析,尤其对在烟草工业中物流系统应用最广泛、技术最成熟的生产环节之一辅料供应环节的工作流程做详细的剖析,细致地分解每一个工作步骤进行编码,并最终展开形成编码流程图,全面展示了编码的应用过程。

This thesis mainly focuses on the specific applications about Automated Warehouse Logistics System in Xiamen Tobacco Industrial Co.Ltd.as a starting point and has put forward the Location-Coding Analytical Method.The encoding analytical method helps to achieve standardization and normalization of the system.This thesis had a detailed analysis of each workflow for the sections which is able to build the stereoscopic warehouse and especially for the auxiliary material warehouses in the tobacco industry logistics system which is one of the most widely applied and the most mature technological.It had meticulously encoded and decompounded each work step,expanded to form the coded-flowcharts in the end.It fully demonstrates the process of the encoding analysis.
