摘要
供应链管理与客户关系管理的整合可以增强供应链上企业特别是第三方物流企业的竞争能力。文中在分析基于供应链管理的第三物流客户关系管理的主要内容基础上,探讨了基于供应链的第三方物流客户关系管理系统构建的原则及系统结构与运行模式的设计思路。
