摘要
本文根据作者的研究实践,探讨了超声波振动珩磨装置的设计理论,提出了珩磨杆、珩磨头体工作时均不振动的设计思想和解决方法,提供了减少超声波能量的损失、简化超声波振动珩磨装置的结构,便于制造、调整和使用的理论依据.
This paper describes a design theory on the ultrasonic vibration honing device on the base of authors' experimental practice.The design thought and solution method such that honing bar and honing head base do not vibrate are proposed.The scientific foundation for reducing ultrasonic energy loss, simplifying structure of the ultrasonic vibration honing device, and easy to make, adjust and use is provided.
