摘要
目的比较中美两国军事院校护理教育课程内容的异同。方法采用美国比较教育学家贝雷迪(Geoge Z.F.Bere-day)的"比较四步法",以文献研究为主,对中国军事院校护理教育课程、中国普通院校护理教育课程、美国军事护理教育课程内容进行比较。结果比较中国军事院校护理教育课程和中国普通院校护理课程发现,目前军事院校护理的课程与普通院校的护理课程类似,但总的非军事课程数目相对较少;比较中国军事院校护理教育课程和美国军事护理教育课程发现,中国的军事护理教育人文特色匮乏,军事护理特色不突出,护理实践所占比例过少。结论中国军事护理教育应该适当加大人文课程和军事教育所占比例,凸显军事特色并加强护理实践。
Objective To compare the curriculum content of military nursing between China and USA.Methods The comparison was conducted in the curriculum content of the Chinese college military nursing,Chinese college nursing and American's military nursing by the 4-step comparative method of George Z.F.Bereday mainly through the literature review.Results The curriculum content of military nursing college and common nursing college are similar;however,the total number of the non-military nursing courses are relatively smaller than that of the common nursing courses.Compared with the American's military nursing,lacking of humanities characteristic,military characteristic and nursing practice are common demerits of the current nursing education in China.Conclusion We should increase the proportion of the humanistic,military curriculum and nursing practice in the future.
