住院患者护理安全影响因素的调查

Investigation on Influencing Factors of Inpatients' Nursing Safety

目的了解住院患者护理安全影响因素,提高护理风险防范能力,为保证患者安全提供参考依据。方法采用问卷调查法,对解放军驻浙3所三级综合性医院的工作满1年的581名护理人员进行调查。结果 90%的护理管理者认为不安全因素是由于护士工作繁杂、违反了制度与简化流程所致;86%的护士认为工作经验缺乏、护理应急能力差是护理意外处理不力的重要因素;80%的护士认为环境和患者的因素至关重要;70%的护士认为药品与设备的规范管理可以降低护理风险。结论提高护理安全质量的意识、强化制度管理、增强法制观念、提高综合素质、积极探索预警防范的前馈控制模式、建立和完善护理安全评价体系,是保障住院患者安全的有效方法。

Objective To comprehend the influencing factors of inpatients＇ nursing safety and to enhance the prevention capacity of nursing risks and to provide reference for ensuring inpatients＇ safety.Methods By using questionnaire,581 nurses with one year or more working experience from three comprehensive hospitals in Zhejiang Province were investigated.Results Total 90% of the administrators considered the unsafe factors were due to nurses＇ work multifarious procedures,violating the regulations and the simplifying the process.Then 86% of the nurses hold that insufficient working experience,poor emergency nursing capability were the important factors for ineffective nursing accidents.While 80% of the nurses thought the environment and patient were vital factors and 70% of the nurses believed that standardized management of drugs and devices could reduce nursing risks.Conclusion Inpatients＇ safety can be effectively guaranteed by improving nursing safety quality consciousness,strengthening management,enhancing legal concepts,improving overall qualities,actively exploring the feed-forward control mode of preventing warning and establishing and perfecting the nursing safety evaluation system.
