摘要
阐述西藏公益林资源概况,分析西藏公益林资源特点、公益林管理中存在的主要问题,提出公益林经营管理的对策与建议。
This paper sketched out the basic situation of public welfare forest resources in Tibet,summarized characteristics about public welfare forest resources and its management,pointed out the main existing problems in the management of public welfare forest,then,the management countermeasures and suggestions of public welfare forest were put forward.
