摘要
结合燕山大学优秀博士学位论文培育实践,从学科建设、培养机制、学位管理、导师队伍以及培育工程等方面探讨如何建设优秀博士学位论文培育机制,提高博士学位论文水平和博士生培养质量。
The article, based on the actuality of excellent doctorate dissertation cultivation in Yanshan university, is trying to look into the feasible cultivation mechanism from the perspectives of disciplines construction, education mechanism, degree managementl faculty construction and projects design, etc. in order to improve the whole level of doctorate thesis and the training quality of doctoral candidates.
