摘要
本研究采用自编量表对陕西省地震灾区648名中小学教师被试的工作满意度现况进行调查。结果显示:(1)教师工作满意度处于中等偏上水平,学校办学条件改善明显,教师工作积极性显著提升;(2)性别、学历、职称、办学类型、学校所在地对教师工作满意度有显著影响;(3)与非地震灾区相比,地震灾区办学条件改善明显,但教学及学生管理工作仍需不断提升。
The paper, based on its self-compiled scales table, is designed to investigate primary and middle school teachers' work satisfaction by sampling 648 subjects in the quake-hit areas of Shan'xi Province. The study shows that: (1) teachers' satisfaction towards work tuns up above the middle level, with schools' condition significantly improved and teachers' engagement considerably enhanced; (2) education background, titles, positions, school-type, school location are major factors in affection teachers' satisfaction; (3) much work needs to be done to guarantee the instruction and student management despite significant improvement in school conditions, compared with non-quake-stricken areas.
