摘要
提出基于大电流步进电机驱动芯片THB6064H的步进电机闭环控制系统的电路设计方案。整个控制系统主要包括基于THB6064H的驱动电路部分、基于单片机的控制电路部分和基于增量式旋转编码器的反馈环节。将控制器与驱动器做成一体化,实现对步进电机的闭环控制,使控制精度大大提高。
Circuit design programs of stepping motor closed-loop control system are proposed based on high current stepping motor driver chip THB6064H. The entire control system includes driver circuit based on THB6064H, control circuit based on microcontroller, and feedback link based on the incremental rotary encoder. Integrating the controller and driver achieves the closed-loop control of the step- per motor, and improves the control accuracy greatly.
