摘要
基于TI公司的电源管理芯片BQ2013H与STC89C52单片机,实现对铅酸蓄电池电量的实时监测。根据实际使用蓄电池的标定容量,通过BQ2013H芯片可编程引脚设置初始容量,在蓄电池充电或放电过程中,通过监测蓄电池负极与地之间的检测电阻的电压,来确定蓄电池的充放电状态。由5个LED指示可用容量,也可以由单片机通过HDQ协议与BQ2013H芯片通信,读出相关寄存器值,计算得到蓄电池的剩余容量。
Based on TI's power management chip BQ2013H and STC89C52 MCU, real-time monitoring of lead-acid battery power is realized. Based on the actual capacity of battery used, programmable pins of BQ2013H set the initial capacity. During the process of battery charging or discharging, the IC monitors a voltage drop across a sense resistor connected in series between the negative battery terminal and ground to determine charge and discharge activity of the battery. The five LEDs indicate available capacity. Through HDQ communication protocol, the SCM can read out the relevant BQ2013H register values which are calculated to obtain the available capacity of battery.
