远程开放教育学生支持服务的评价与反思被引量：1

摘要文章以佛山电大的学生支持服务活动为特例,介绍了"网上服务先行,多种媒体并用,助学、促学结合,温馨体贴周到服务"的做法,并对开放教育学生支持服务现状进行了评价反思,提出了学生支持服务面临的困惑和存在的不足,以期对远程开放教育学生支持服务的开展有所启示。
