审美与艺术是人类文化的重要组成部分。许多日常的生活场景本身就是某种审美和艺术的表达。高台县罗城乡的"转灯"习俗体现了崇拜与禁忌、仪式与狂欢的审美特征;作为一种民俗事象,又承载着汉民族自形成至今积淀而成的价值观和道德精神。

Aesthetics and art are important parts of human culture.Art and aesthetics are not independent life outside the value system,and many things in daily life itself are aesthetic and artistic expressions.The custom of ＂Changing light＂ in Luocheng town,in one hand,reflects the worship and taboo,ritual and aesthetic characteristics of carnival;In the other hand,carries the values and moral spirit of Han which has existed since its formation.
