Trying to Talk on Harmonious Operation and Sound Progress of Xinjiang Cotton Industry
摘要
棉花是棉纺工业发展的基础.棉纺工业是棉花产业的先导。中央新疆工作座谈会召开以来.新疆棉纺振兴工程的实施将进一步推动棉纺工业的结构调整,棉纺工业必将得到更大发展。
