电力企业绩效管理存在的问题及对策 被引量:15

摘要 绩效管理是很好的现代人力资源管理工具,它能有效地调动组织与个人的积极性和潜力,持续地提高绩效水平,并在组织与个人绩效提升的同时,达成企业的战略目标。为了保证绩效管理工作的顺利进行,在绩效计划制定、绩效管理实施、绩效结果反馈、绩效结果应用与改进等各个环节,都需要全体员工保持及时、顺畅的沟通。这样,才能推动企业绩效管理目标的实现。
