摘要
目的探讨血必净注射液治疗细菌性肺炎合并高热的治疗效果。方法将128例细菌性肺炎合并高热患者随机分为两组,治疗组用血必净注射液配伍抗生素进行治疗,对照组单纯用抗生素治疗,7d为一疗程进行疗效比较。结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,经统计学检验差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论血必净注射液配伍抗生素治疗细菌性肺炎合并高热疗效明显优于单纯用抗生素治疗,疗效显著,有临床推广价值。
Objective To discuss the treatment effect of Xuebijing Injection in Treating bacterial pneumonia with hyperpyrexia.Method128 subjects were randomized into two groups,treatment group receiving Xuebijing Injection plus antibiotic and control group receiving antibiotic only within a course of 7-day treatment.ResultAfter comparison,the treatment effect of treatment group exceeds that of control group,which has significant difference（P0.01）.ConclusionThe treatment effect of Xuebijing Injection in treating bacterial pneumonia with hyperpyrexia has an advantage over that of the antibiotic only.
