摘要
目的:探讨贫困大学生焦虑和应对方式的关系,为高校贫困大学生心理健康教育工作提供依据。方法:采用状态-特质焦虑量表和应付方式问卷对400名大学生进行测评,其中有170名贫困大学生,230名非贫困生作为对照组进行比较研究。结果:两组特质焦虑水平不显著,而状态焦虑水平贫困生显著高于非贫困生(t=2.386,P<0.05)。贫困大学生焦虑和应对方式之间存在显著相关,问题解决和退避两种应对方式对焦虑有较高的预测力。结论:贫困大学生的焦虑和应对方式有密切相关,所以帮助贫困大学生建立积极的成熟的应对方式可以有效的减少焦虑心情。
Objective:To examine the correlation coping style and anxiety with poor university students, for the poor university students'mental health education provide the basis for the work. Methods :The state - and trait anxiety scale to cope with the way the questionnaire survey conducted 400 students, of which 170 poor college students, 230 non -poor students as a control group to compare research. Results: Trait anxiety levels were not significant, and the poor health status anxiety level was significantly higher than that of non - poor students ( t = 2. 386, P 〈 0.05 ). Poor university Students anxiety and coping styles significant correlation between the presence, problem solving and retreat two kinds of ways to deal with a higher degree of anxiety predicted. Conclusions: poverty and the anxiety of college students coping styles are closely related, so help poor students a positive mature way to effectively deal with the feelings of anxiety reduction.
