Preliminary Analysis Report of 1184 Cases from Psychological Aid Hotline Call Data of Xuzhou

目的:通过对2009年1月至2010年1月期间徐州市心理援助热线来电的数据和内容分析,总结出徐州地区(市区及六县)及周边省市心理援助的特点和需求。方法:将徐州心理援助热线所接来电进行归纳分类,采用量化统计与质性分析方法进行数据分析。结果:热线来电的内容主要集中在婚姻家庭、情绪障碍、人际关系、学习问题。同时,关于恋爱、睡眠、健康与性问题也不在少数。结论:本次分析报告为了了解徐州地区群众心理援助的需求,并为国家心理干预系统的建设提供建议与依据。

Objective：Summarizes the characteristics and needs of the area of xuzhou and neighboring provinces of psychological aid by xuzhou psychological aid hotline call data and content analysis from 2009 January to 2010 January. Methods：Sum up and classify the received calls of Xnzhou psychological aid hotline, using the method of qualitative and quantitative statistical analysis to analysis those data. Results： The main contents of psychological aid hotline are about marriage and family, mood disorders,interpersonal relationships, and learning problems. In addition, there are many other problems like love, sleep, health and sexual issues. Conclusions： The purpose of this analysis report is to understand the need of psychological aid hotline of people from Xuzhou ,and offer the suggestion and reference for the development of national psychological intervention system.
