原发性肺动脉肉瘤二例
摘要
原发性肺动脉肉瘤是在肺动脉主干腔内息肉状生长的罕见肿瘤。临床表现与肺动脉栓塞相似，常依据术中或术后病理确诊，预后与围术期综合治疗有关。随着近年来我国肺动脉栓塞外科治疗病例的增多，心血管医生有必要对肺动脉肉瘤的诊治进一步认识。2001年10月和2007年2月术者外科治疗2例，报告如下。
