高校采购存在的问题与采购流程优化研究

Analysis of the problems in procurement of universities and purchasing process optimization

基于应用ASME分析方法对当前高校采购存在问题的分析,并应用BPR核心思想与电子化采购手段对高校采购流程进行优化,最后阐述了优化后的采购流程的优点,并提出实际应用中应注意的问题。

Based on the application of the analytical method of ASME,the process of procurement in universities has been analyzed.Meanwhile it has been optimized by the application of the main idea of the BPR and the E-Procurement.At last the advantages of the optimized process of procurement in universities have been expounded,and some matters need attention in the process of application have been proposed.
