基础实验教学对于学员自主创新能力的培养,对整个军队人才培养模式的转换,起着举足轻重的作用。论文针对传统实验教学模式陈旧的问题,通过优化实验教学内容,改革传统实验教学方式,创新开放实验考核办法等做法,建立适合创新人才培养的机制,从而更加有利于军校学员自主创新能力的培养。

There is important function for the teaching of the foundation experiment to the students＇ ability of independence innovation,to the conversion of the talents development mode of the whole troops.The thesis aims at the old problem of the traditional experiment,establishs talents development mode in keeping with innovation by reforming the contents of traditional experiment and innovating the investigation of the open experiment.
