摘要
[目的]通过点刺试验了解婴儿湿疹的常见食物过敏原,探讨皮肤点刺实验在婴儿湿疹饮食指导中的意义.[方法]选择婴儿湿疹患者417例,采用 "阿罗格"点刺原液进行皮肤点刺试验.[结果]417例患者食物皮肤点刺试验阳性率高达81.8%,其中鸡蛋阳性率最高,其次为牛奶、鸡肉、鱼、猪肉、鸭肉、大豆和小麦,78.4%患儿停食致敏食物时皮疹明显好转.[结论]鸡蛋牛奶是婴儿湿疹患者最常见的过敏原.通过点刺结果指导患儿饮食,能减少湿疹的发生.
[Objective]To understand the common food allergens in infantile eczema through skin prick test, and explore the significance of skin prick test in dietary guidelines of infantile eczema. [Methods] Totally 417 cases of infantile eczema received skin prick test by using "allergovit" prick test stock solution. [Results] The positive rate of skin prick test to food antigens in 417 cases was 81.8%. Among them, the positive rate of egg was the highest, and the next by turns was milk, chicken, fish, pork, duck, soy and wheat. About 78.4%of patient's rashes were markedly improved when food allergies were stopped to intake. [Conclusion] Egg and milk are the most common allergens in infantile eczema. Guiding children's diet through the skin prick test results can reduce the incidence of eczema.
