静脉注射利多卡因预防舒芬太尼诱发的呛咳反应

Intravenous Lidocaine for Preventing Sufentanil-induced Bucking

[目的]观察静脉预先注射利多卡因对全麻诱导期间舒芬太尼诱发的呛咳反应的抑制作用.[方法]92例ASA I～Ⅱ级全身麻醉下行择期手术的患者,随机分为利多卡因组（利多卡因1.5 mg/kg）和对照组（生理盐水5 mL）,每组各46例.观察两组舒芬太尼注射后的呛咳发生率、程度及诱导期血流动力学的变化.[结果]利多卡因组呛咳发生率为17.39%,明显低于对照组43.48%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.两组患者全麻诱导前后各时间点心率、血压比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.[结论]预先静脉注射利多卡因可有效降低麻醉诱导期间舒芬太尼所致呛咳的发生率.

[Objective] To observe the effect of prophylactic intravenous administration of lidocaine for inhibiting sufentanil-induced bucking during anesthesia induction. [Methods]Ninety-two patients of ASA I～Ⅱsched uled for elective surgery were randomly divided into lidocaine group and control group with 46 cases in each group. The lidocaine group was given lidocaine 1.5 mg/kg and the control group was given 5ml saline before the admirtis tration of sufentanil 2.5μg/kg. The incidence and degree of bucking and hemodynamic changes after the injection of sufentanil were evaluated during anesthesia induction. [Results] The incidence of bucking in the lidocaine group was significantly lower than that in the control group（17.39% vs 43.38）, and there was no statistical significance （ P 〈0.05）. The difference in the HR and BP in each time point before and after general anesthesia induction be tween two groups had no statistical significance（ P〉0.05）. [Conclusion] Prophylactic injection of lidocaine can effectively reduce the incidence of sufentanil-induced bucking during anesthesia induction.
