摘要
无源光网络(PON)是一种提供全业务服务、适应人们对高带宽需求的接入网技术,是解决网络接入"最后一公里"瓶颈的理想接入手段,阐述无源光网络技术、特点、优势及其发展潜力,对其在铁通网络中的应用策略进行探讨。
PON(passive optical network) is a kind of access network technology providing full services and meeting user's requirements of high bandwidth,and it is a good access means for solving the bottleneck of 'last kilometer'.This paper introduces the technology,characteristics,advantages and development potential of PON,and discusses application strategy of PON technology in China Railway Communication Networks.
