在现代政治体制中,公民表达权、结社权与民主选举权构成了阶层话语权生成的权利制度机制,是实现社会各阶层利益的权利制度保障。在当代中国社会,由于表达权、结社权与民主选举权的制度性不足,导致其在社会各阶层中分布的不均衡,这是影响社会阶层话语权失衡的重要原因,也是妨碍社会主义民主政治建设和构建社会主义和谐社会的潜在威胁。

In modern political systems, rights of freedom of speech, association and democratic election are systems that guarantee the formation of discourse power of the classes, and are system guarantees of realizing their interests. In today＇s China, because of systematic defects of rights of freedom of speech, association and democratic election, discourse powers of all classes are imbalanced, which has become a potential threat for constructing socialist democratic politics and a harmonious society.
