时变负载对带通滤波器传输特性的影响

摘要 对最小失配网络的优化设计进行了研究,通过ADS软件对5阶Butterworth,Chebyshev,Elliptic带通滤波器的原型和优化网络分别进行仿真,观察负载变化对三种滤波器端口S参数的影响,并分析三种滤波器各自的特点.仿真表明优化后的三种滤波器随负载变化的灵敏度都小于原型滤波器,证明了文中对最小失配网络的优化方法是可行的. The optimum design of a minimum mismatch network is studied.The prototypes and optimized networks of 5-order Butterworth,Chebyshev and Elliptic band-pass filters were simulated by using ADS software.The effect of different load on S parameters was observed,and the characteristics of the three filters were analyzed.Simulation results show that the sensitivity of the optimized three filters are smaller than those of the prototype filters when load impedance is varying,which demonstrate that the optimized approach of minimum mismatch network is feasible.
