浆体特性对二硼化锆粉体分散稳定性的影响研究

摘要 为了得到很好的包裹结构的包裹型A12O3-Y2O3/ZrB2复合粉体,在包覆过程中,必须使得ZrB2粉体颗粒具有很好的分散稳定性。本文采用沉积法研究浆体特性对ZrB2粉体在水溶液中的分散稳定性影响。研究结果表明,ZrB2颗粒浆体浓度较小,超声分散时间为10分钟,当pH=9时,ZrB颗粒分散稳定性为最好。 ZrB2 powder must have the better dispersibility during the coating processing for obtaining the better coating effect.Effect of slurry characteristics on the dispersibility of ZrB2 powder is researched via the sedimentation methods in this paper.The results show the dispersibility of ZrB2 powder is better,when the concentration of ZrB2 is lower,the time of ultrasonic dispersion is 10 minutes and the pH is 9.
