摘要
调配与透水砖基料相适应的釉,以生活垃圾、废玻璃粉、粘土、砂为主要原料研制陶瓷釉面透水砖,通过对透水砖的抗压强度、透水系数等性能的测试,研究釉的种类、釉面厚度、颗粒级配、生活垃圾的掺入量、成型压力等因素对透水砖性能的影响。结果表明:在适当的工艺参数条件下,可以制备出高性能的釉面陶瓷透水砖。
Water permeable brick was made from garbage,waste glass powder,clay,sand,etc,and then covered with glaze adaptable to the substrate.The effects of the glaze type and thickness,the particle size distribution,the garbage incorporation and the forming pressure on permeability were studied by testing its permeability coefficient,compressive strength,etc.The results showed that the glazed water permeable brick of high performance can be prepared under appropriate process conditions.
