腹腔镜与开腹胆囊摘除术的效果比较

Comparison of laparoscopic procedures and open procedures for cholecystectomy

目的评价腹腔镜下胆囊摘除术的优势。方法将需行胆囊摘除术患者102例随机分为开腹组(OC组)和腹腔镜组(LC组)各51例,比较两组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后用抗生素时间、镇痛药用量以及住院时间等。结果 OC组手术时间、术中出血量、术后用抗生素时间、镇痛药用量及住院时间均大于LC组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在同样适应证下,腹腔镜胆囊摘除术优于开腹胆囊摘除术,应严格掌握其适应证和禁忌症,预防术后并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the advantages of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods 102 patients with cholecystectomy were randomly divided into laparotomy group（OC group） and the laparoscopic group（LC group） 51 cases.The operative time,blood loss,postoperative time with antibiotics,the town the amount of pain medicine and hospitalization time were analyzed.Results OC operation time,blood loss,postoperative time with antibiotics,analgesics,and hospital stay in OC group were higher than that in LC group（P0.05）.Conclusion In the same indication,the laparoscopic cholecystectomy is superior to laparotomy cholecystectomy.
