保留皮瓣治疗慢性肛裂合并前哨痔的疗效观察

Therapeutic effects of preserving skin flap on chronic anal fissure complicated by sentinel hemorrhoid

目的观察采用保留皮瓣治疗慢性肛裂合并前哨痔的效果。方法对78例慢性肛裂合并前哨痔施行了保留皮瓣修复创面手术。结果 78例全部一次性治愈,治疗时间10～19天,平均14天,均无复发,无肛门狭窄和失禁等后遗症。结论保留局部皮瓣修复创面,治疗慢性肛裂合并前哨痔,可获得理想效果。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects by preserving skin flap in the treatment of chronic anal fissure complicated by Sentinel Hemmorrhoid.Methods 78 cases with chronic anal fissure complicated by sentinel hemorrhoid were cured by preserving skin flap.Results 78 cases were thoroughly during a first course lasting 11~28 days with an average of 18 days.No recurrence no sequela of anal stricture and no fecal incontinence were discovered.Conclusion In the treatment of anal fissure complicated by sentinel hemmorrhoid,ideal result can be obtained by preserving skin flap.
