摘要
目的建立同时测定多种有机组分在活性炭管中的解吸效率的方法。方法将配制好的正己烷、苯、甲苯、间二甲苯、对二甲苯、邻二甲苯、三氯甲烷、苯乙烯混合标准溶液按高、中、低3个剂量加入活性炭管中,放置过夜。用CS2解吸,测定各物质的解吸效率。结果测得正己烷、苯、三氯甲烷、苯乙烯在该批炭管上的解吸效率与国标给出的解吸效率较为接近。而甲苯、间二甲苯、对二甲苯、邻二甲苯在该批炭管上的解吸效率则与国标给出的解吸效率存在一定差异。结论该方法适用于同时测定多种有机组分在活性炭管中的解吸效率。
Objective To establish a method to determine the desorption efficiency of organic compounds in activated charcoal sampling tube.Methods Different concentrations of the mixed standards solutions were poured into activated charcoal sampling tubes and desorbed by CS2 next day to determine the desorption efficiency.Results The desorprion efficiency of n-hexane benzene,chloroform and cinnamene were similar to the international standards,but desorprion efficiency of toluene,p-dimethylbenzene,m-dimethylbenzene and o-dimethylbenzene were different from the international standards.Conclusion Simultaneous determination of the desorption efficiency of 8 organic compounds in activated charcoal sampling tubes is feasible by this method.
