Teacher learning community provides a good professional development platform for primary school teachers.In order to train a large number of primary practical talents,colleges should increase their efforts to enroll high-quality students,and establish the concept of general education;put up expert teacher learning community as soon as possible,and enhance the students＇ teaching ability and research ability;set primary school curriculums scientifically and rationally,and improve students＇ ability to adapt to the future work environment effectively;promote microteaching actively to develop students＇ overall teaching skills.
