哈尔滨旅游业虽日臻完善,但在饮食方面还存在价格高、服务差的问题,酒店服务停留在大众式服务阶段,景区景点交通缺乏可这性,旅游资源丰富但浪费严重,旅游产品、娱乐项目地方特色不鲜明。为此,要总体规划旅游业的发展,必须加强行业监管力度,尤其是重视旅游产品的开发,专业人才的培养,城市形象的宣传等。

Though Harbin＇s tourism industry is becoming increasingly consummated, there are still such problems as high prices and disappointing services exisling in Catering service. Service in hotels remains unchanged to meet only the needs of common people. Some scenic spots are unaccessible to tourists. Rich tourist resources are badly wasted. Tourist products and entertaining items have no distinctive features. On that account, in order to plan the tourist development comprehensively, we must strengthen professional regulation, especially focus on the development of tourist products, professionals training, and publicity of the city image etc.
