C/C复合材料ZrC/SiC抗烧蚀涂层性能研究 被引量:13

摘要 综合利用固相浸渗法和涂刷法,在C/C复合材料表面制备了一种ZrC/SiC抗烧蚀涂层。通过氧-乙炔实验测试了所制备ZrC/SiC涂层的抗烧蚀性能,并用XRD、SEM分析了涂层烧蚀前后的物相组成及微观形貌,研究了涂层的抗烧蚀机理。结果表明,此ZrC/SiC涂层与基体的结合性能及热稳定性能良好;涂层烧蚀机理是热化学烧蚀、热物理烧蚀和机械剥蚀的综合作用,该涂层有极低的质量烧蚀率。 A kind of anti-erosion ZrC/SiC coating for C/C composites was prepared by a two-step method of pack cementation and slurry.The ablation characteristics,phase composition and micro-structure of ZrC/SiC coating were studied by oxyacetylene flame test,XRD and SEM,respectively.The ablation mechanism of the coating was also investigated.It shows that the ZrC/SiC coating combines well with the substrate and has fine thermal-stability.The mass ablation rate of the ZrC/SiC coating is very low.The ablation mechanism of the coating is a synergistic effect of thermo-chemical ablation,thermo-physical ablation and mechanical erosion.
