摘要
通过对582份各级各类医务人员及行政管理人员问卷调查,分析研究当前医疗纠纷对医务人员的态度行为影响,反映出现行医疗纠纷处理办法不能适应当前形势和要求,必须健全卫生法规、法律制度,设立卫生法庭,探索医疗风险保险制度。
The study of 582 doctors, nurses and hospital managers shows that medical tangles are affecting their attitudes and behavior . And the analyses poimts out that the methods to deal with the medical malpractice can't meet current demand. The article suggests that it is important to improve health law system, to establish health court, and to carry out insurance for medical occupation.
