金华市雨水资源化潜力及效益评价

Potential and benefit Evaluation of rainwater resources utilization in Jinhua

雨水资源化是缓解城市水资源压力的一条经济、快捷、有效的途径。在对金华市雨水资源化的潜力和可行性分析的基础上,结合国内外雨水资源利用实例,对金华市雨水资源化利用的经济效益和生态环境效益进行了定性与定量的评价,并针对金华市本身的特点,提出雨水综合利用的基本途径和措施,对缓解金华市水质性缺水问题、减少城市洪涝灾害、改善城市的生态环境、实现节水型社会的建设和水资源的可持续利用具有一定的指导意义,也可以为金华市今后的水资源规划和经济建设提供一定的参考。

To reduce the water resources pressure,rainwater resources utilization is an efficient and very effective way.Rainwater resources utilization potential and feasibility in Jinhua City were analyzed.On the basis of the analysis and the cases at home and abroad,we evaluated and found rainwater resources utilization can bring huge economic and environmental benefits.The approach and measures can reduce flooding,improve the ecological environment,and guide the construction of water-saving society.It can provide reference for the water resources plan of Jinhua City in future.
