Advices on the setup of standard about compressed air quality of atmosphere-supplying respiratory protective devices

该文简要介绍了供气式呼吸防护装备中提供给佩戴人员呼吸用的压缩空气中潜存的污染物的种类、污染来源及其危害性,以及当前我国供气式呼吸防护装备用压缩空气的主要质量控制过程及管理措施,从健全标准体系和完善管理角度考虑,指出建立我国供气式呼吸防护装备用压缩空气质量技术管理标准的迫切需要。在分析借鉴欧盟、美国等的呼吸防护装备用空气的质量管理标准及管理方式的基础上,结合我国相关领域空气质量技术标准的已有经验,对我国未来供气式呼吸防护装备用压缩空气质量的技术管理标准的技术内容、具体控制指标及实施方式等多方面提出了建议。

In order to make up for a deficiency in the Chinese respiratory protection standard system and workplace safety management,the standard about the quality of compressed air used by air-supplying respiratory protective device is necessary to be prepared.In paper,compressed air was briefly introduced about pollutions,potential hazards,quality controlling methods,and the equivalent standards applied in Europe and USA.Then,some advice on controlling items,test methods,and implementation was given on the new coming standard.
