摘要
研究紫茎泽兰水提液对大豆、小白菜、水稻、玉米4种作物种子萌发和幼苗生长的化感作用,结果表明:紫茎泽兰叶水提液对4种供试作物的种子萌发率、胚根和胚芽生长等均有抑制作用,随着浓度的增加呈递增趋势;当提取液浓度增至2.50%时,明显抑制作物种子萌发和幼苗生长。
The allelopathy effects of water extracting solution from leaves of Eupatorium adenophorum spreng on the seed germination and seedling growth of Glycine max ,Brasica chinesis, Oryza sativa and Zea mays had been studied in this paper.The results showed that water extracting solution from leaves of Eupatorium adenophorum spreng had strong inhibition to the seed germination rate,radicle and germ growth of four crops.The inhibition effects increased as the concentration of water extracting solution of Eupatorium adenophorum spreng leaves increasing,which obviously inhabited seed germination and seedling growth of the four crops when the extracting solution concentration increased to 2.50%.
