摘要
2002—2008年,对灰飞虱发生危害进行了系统的调查研究,发现灰飞虱在金坛地区1年发生6代;2004—2007年发生量逐年增加,带毒率逐年升高;由于气候条件适宜,食源丰富,1、2、5、6代繁殖量极大。试验研究了灰飞虱发生危害与水稻条纹叶枯病发生的相关性。在探明灰飞虱发生动态和引起水稻条纹叶枯病暴发条件的基础上,研究了机插水稻以苗期无纺布全程覆盖、带药移栽、大田前期适时防治2、3代灰飞虱若虫为核心的关键技术措施,控制水稻分蘖期条纹叶枯病的效果达95%左右,水稻后期条纹叶枯病株发病率控制在0.7%左右。并进一步研究和实施了与稻鸭共作相配套的机插水稻条纹叶枯病无公害防治技术。
From 2002 to 2008, the occurrence and harm of Laodelphax striateUus (Fall6n)in Jintan region were systematically investigated.The results showed that this insect pest occurred six generations one year in Jintan.From 2004 to 2007, the occurrence quantity increased year by year, the rate of Laodelphax striateUus (Fallen)which was infected by virus ascended year by year;Due to suitable climatic conditions and rich food resources, the multiplication quantity of the first, second, fifth, sixth generation was enormous.Experiments studied the revelanee between the occurrence and harm of Laodelphaxstriatellus (Fallen)with occurrence of rice stripe disease.The occurrence of it and conditions which caused outbreak of rice stripe disease were proved.Based on these, a set of core technical measures,including entire journey coveting seedling which transplanted by machine with nonwoven cloth, spraying before transplanting and preventing nymphae of the second, third generation timely at early stage in rice paddy were proposed.By these measures, the effect of control was about 950/0 in the tillering stage,the incidence rate of rice stripe disease was about 0.7% in late stage of rice growth. Further more, nonpollution preventive measures matching rice-duck integrated farming on stripe disease of rice transplanted by machine were studied and applied.
