^(60)Co-γ射线对百合薄切片的诱变效应研究 被引量:2

摘要 用不同剂量的60Co-γ射线辐射白狐狸、西伯利亚和索蚌3个百合品种的中层鳞片薄切片,然后观察测定其不定芽再生频率、平均不定芽数、变异率及死亡率。结果表明:随着辐射剂量的提高,不定芽再生频率、平均不定芽数都随之降低或减少,并达到显著或极显著水平;白狐狸、西伯利亚、索蚌的鳞片薄切片的适宜辐射剂量分别为1.0、1.0、0.5Gy,3个百合品种对γ射线的敏感性由弱到强依次为:西伯利亚<白狐狸<索蚌。 The middle thin section scales of White Fox, Siberia and Sorbonne were exposed to ^60Co-γ ray at different dosages, then observed and determinatated their adventitious buds regeneration frequency,the average number of adventitious buds,mutation rate and mortality rate.The results showed that with the increasing of radiation dosages, adventitious buds regeneration frequency and the average number of adventitious buds decreased or reduced,which arrived to significant or highly significant level;The appropriate dosage of the middle thin section scales of White Fox,Siberia and Sorbonne was 1.0,1.0,0.5 Gy, respectively.Three Lilium spp. species sensitivity to γ-rays from weak to strong were as follows :Siberia〈White Fox〈Sorbonne.
