中碳链甘油三酯(MCT)作为一种新型的改性油脂,在食品、药品、临床医学上发挥着重大的作用。该文介绍中碳链甘油三酯的化学合成方法、生物酶合成法、微波合成法,以为其研究提供参考。
Medium-chain Triglyceride （MCT） plays an important role in food, medicine, clinical medicine as a new type of modified grease.This paper introduced chemical synthesis method,enzyme synthesis method and microwave synthesis method of Medium chain Triglyceride,in order to provide references for its research.
