摘要
指出目前我国农村土地征用过程中存在的问题,如非法占用耕地、土地补偿不合理等,分析其根本原因,并提出建议,以为相关部门制订合理有效的政策提供相应的依据,从而保障被征地农民的合法权益。
The paper indicated the current problems in the process of rural land acquisition in China, such as illegal aecupation of arable land, irrational land compensation and so on, the fundamental reasons were analyzed. Some suggestions were put forward, in order to provide evidences for relevant departments making rational and ＇effective policies, so as to protect the lawful rights and interests of farmers whose lands were expropriated.
