劳动力迁移背景下农村留守老人经济供养状况实证研究

An Empirical Research on Economic Situation of Rural Remained Elders in the Background of Labor Migration

随着农村大量剩余劳动力流向城镇,传统的家庭保障功能逐渐弱化,而我国的农村社会养老保险制度尚处在改革探索过程之中;再加上留守老人群体自身的特殊性、相关社会制度支持度的不足,使得留守老人所能获得的养老资源日渐匮乏。为了更好地了解农村留守老人经济方面的养老保障状况,文章以安徽省怀远县永红村实地调查为例,在数据分析的基础上提出解决问题的对策和建议。

With a large number of rural surplus labor force flow to cities and towns,the traditional function of family security gradually becomes weak,while China＇s rural social endowment insurance system is still in the process of reform and exploration;Moreover,together with their own characteristics and lack of relevant social support,the pension resource that the remained elders can get is increasingly scarce.In order to better understand the economic aspects of rural remained elders,the author chooses Yonghong village,Huaiyuan county of Anhui Province as an example,and on the basis of data analysis,the author puts forward some suggestions.
