摘要
目的探讨六西格玛管理方法在提高患者出院健康教育知晓值中的应用效果。方法运用六西格玛管理方法中的定义、测量、分析、改进、控制5个步骤,对出院患者健康教育知晓值进行分析,找出关键原因,改进健康教育宣教流程,制定各类标准和制度,对环节进行监控。结果患者出院健康教育知晓值从实施六西格玛管理方法前的54.6分提高到80.8分,六西格玛管理流程能力Z值从改进前的-0.94提升到0.79。结论运用六西格玛管理方法对导致出院患者健康教育知晓值低的各个环节进行管理,改善了工作流程,从而提高了患者出院健康教育知晓值,提高了遵医行为及患者满意度。
Objective To discuss the effect of Six Sigma Quality Management on health education for discharged patients.Methods Five steps(define,measure,analyze,improve and control) in Six Sigma Quality Management were applied in the analysis of health education for discharged patients.Great importance was attached to key factors and the process of education was improved.Meanwhile,various sorts of standards and rules were established as well.Results Scores of health knowledge for discharged patients increased from 54.6 before the implementation to 80.8 after the implementation.Z score of Six Sigma Quality Management increased from-0.94 to 079.Conclusion With the application of Six Sigma Quality Management,health knowledge of discharged patients increases greatly.
