摘要
应用迁移的基本知识,分析了数字印刷油墨和食品接触包装材料在食品中的迁移及其研究现状,发现食品中的迁移已影响到人们的健康生活。数字印刷油墨和包装材料在食品中的迁移研究,还可为其他新型包装材料的开发提供参考。
Based on the basic knowledge of migration, the developments in the migration of digital-printing inks and food-contacted packaging materials in foodstuff in recent years are analyzed. The result shows the migration in foodstuff has seriously affected people＇s normal life. Studying this issue profoundly can provide references to other new packaging materials researches.
